Organization & Innovation

본 연구실은 조직이론(Organization Theory), 전략경영(Strategic Management), 기술혁신경영(Technology & Innovation Management) 분야를 중심으로 조직관리, 기술혁신, 기업전략을 둘러싼 다양한 현상들을 통합적으로 이해하고자 합니다. 최근 연구주제는 인공지능(AI)과 기후 기술과 같은 신흥 분야의 혁신 생태계에 주목하고 있고, 현재 진행 중인 연구 AI가 기후변화 대응을 위한 기술혁신의 발전 경로에 어떠한 영향을 미치지는 지 탐구하고 있습니다. 방법론적으로는 정량적·다층적 데이터를 활용하고, 이론에 기반한 연구 질문을 검증하기 위해 통계기법을 적용합니다. 연구 성과는 Organization Science, Management Science, Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Research 등 주요 학술지에 게재되었습니다.
My research aims to understand the organization and strategy from the integrative viewpoints. My research examines how organizations respond to technological and environmental change through innovation. I focus on emerging areas such as artificial intelligence (AI) and climate technologies, with current work exploring how AI is driving clean innovations to address climate change. My studies have been published in leading journals including Organization Science, Management Science, Research Policy, and the Journal of Management Studies.
