Ergonomics Lab
UNIST 인간공학 연구실(Ergonomics Lab)은 인간의 신체적, 인지적 특성과 한계에 대한 생리학적, 인체역학적 기본 연구를 바탕으로, 우리의 일과 삶에서 사용하는 제품, 도구, 시스템, 환경을 더욱 안전하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 설계하고 적용하는 연구를 하고 있습니다.
특히, 인간의 움직임에 대한 물리적 데이터와 생리학적 반응을 종합적으로 분석하여 ‘힘듦’, ‘불편함‘, ‘피곤함’ 의 발생과 변화를 정량적으로 파악하는 기술을 가지고 있으며, 이를 이용하여 제품 사용자의 만족감 향상, 작업자의 부상예방, 환자의 효율적인 재활에 관한 연구에 집중하고 있습니다.
Research at Ergonomics Lab aims at: 1) understanding human physical and physiological capacity and limitations; 2) identifying the mechanism of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders; and 3) designing people-friendly products and environments through science and engineering.
