혁신 열공학 실험실

Innovative Thermal Engineering Lab.

우리 연구실은 열유체의 기본 물리 현상과 그 실제 응용을 다룹니다.
이론적인 또는 컴퓨터를 이용한 해석과 실험을 통한 단상 및 다상유동에서의 열전달 현상과 그 응용분야가 주요 연구의 주제입니다.
이러한 연구활동은 실제 응용에 있어 전자기기의 냉각 및 여러 신재생에너지 분야, 태양열 발전 및 냉방과 폐열회수를 통한 발전 등 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있습니다.
Our mission is to investigate the fundamental thermo-fluid physics and respond to the challenges related to emerging thermo-fluid applications.
Theoretical/computational analysis and experimental approaches will be taken to understand single phase and phase change heat transfer problems and their applications.
Research interests are expanded to emerging energy issues, which include thermal management of battery and electric vehicle (EV) components, solar thermal power generation, solar air-conditioning, and effective utilization of waste heat resources.
