본 연구실은 직장과 조직에서 사람 중심의 관점을 탐구합니다. 다양성 문제, 팀 역학, 리더십, 대인 도움(interpersonal helping), 그리고 기업가 정신의 사람 측면 등 핵심 주제에 중점을 둡니다. 이러한 기본 주제 외에도, 연구실은 미래의 일(work)의 변화를 주도하는 새로운 이슈에도 탐구 영역을 확장합니다. 예를 들어, 인공지능(AI) 속 사람의 역할, 사이드 긱 경제(side gig economy)의 부상, 조직행동 및 인사관리(HRM) 분야의 최신 쟁점 등이 있습니다.
The lab explores the people side of work and organizations. It focuses on core topics related to diversity issues, team dynamics, leadership, interpersonal helping, and people side of entrepreneurship. Beyond these foundations, the lab also dives into emerging issues shaping the future of work—such as the role of people in AI, the rise of the side gig economy, and cutting-edge questions in organizational behavior and human resource management.
