I am Professor of Design, former Head and current Chair of Academic Affairs at the Department of Design, UNIST (Ulsan National Institute of Science & technology). I am also Director of the Design Thinking Research Lab. My design research interests/academic-industry collaborations include design thinking, design education and design innovation.

At the design thinking research lab, Department of Design, UNIST, we extend understanding design thinking as type of creative cognition unique to design.
