본 실험실은 유기 혹은 고분자기반의 광전소자 (발광소자, 태양전지, 레이징소자 등)의 효율을 향상시키는 연구에 중점을 두고 노력하고 있다. 특히, ZnO, SnO, 페로브스카이트 나노결정 등과 같은 나노물질 합성에서 부터 전기광학적인 분석 및 소자제작 및 적용까지 종합적인 방법으로 연구를 지속적으로 진행하고 있다.
My research group team has devoted our best efforts to optimize and enhance the efficiencies of organic or perovskite-based optoelectronic devices such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells, and lasing applications by using combined ultidisciplinary approach from synthesis and preparation of nanomaterials of ZnO, SnO, perovskite, and optical and electrical characterization through several methods, and applications for optoelectronic fields.
