차세대 에너지 연구실

Next Generation Energy Lab

NGEL의 주 연구 분야는 빛으로부터 전류를 생성하는 유기물, 양자점, 페로브스카이트를 기반으로 하는 태양전지, 더 나아가 유기물과 무기물의 장점을 융합한 유무기 하이브리드 태양전지 개발 및 소자 특성분석에 초점을 두고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 발광소자, FET 등의 차세대 전자 소자, 그리고 물분해로 연구 분야를 넓혀가고 있다.
Our main field of research is photovoltaic cells which are based organic, perovskite and quantum dot (QD) that produce the electricity from sunlight and we are also interested in developing hybrid solar cells which combine the advantages of organic materials and inorganic semiconductors. Beyond the solar cells, we are expanding our research interests into water splitting as well as next generation (opto)electronic devices such as light-emitting diodes (LED), and field effect transistors.
