Intellectual property, such as applied patents, utility models, designs, and the layout design and software of the semiconductor integrated circuits registered in accordance with the [Patent Act]\u2028 <\/li>\n<li> B. Capital goods integrated with the technologies of the paragraph A;<\/li>\n<li> C. Information related to the paragraphs A and B; and <\/li>\n<li> D. Other matters comply with the paragraphs A to C and prescribed by Presidential Decree <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"txt last\"> The term &#8220;Technology Transfer&#8221; means transferring of technologies from technology holders (including a person who is authorized to dispose the said technology) to other people by using the methods, such as transfer, right to use the patent rights, technical assistance, joint research, joint ventures or mergers and acquisitions.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is Technology Transfer?
