Qualification to move in
- A prospective entrepreneur with business feasibility and potential, or a start-up venture company that has not elapsed three years from the date of establishment of the enterprise as of the date of application for occupancy.
- UNIST start-up companies (UNIST faculty and students start-up) that received more than 20 million won in external investment or government start-up support projects or prize money related to start-ups under the above conditions.
- Exception: Enterprises recognized by Startup Support Team as necessary or UNIST technology transfer companies for industrial-academic cooperation purposes.
Period of Occupancy
- If the occupancy period is to be extended after the expiration of the occupancy period, it may be extended on a yearly basis according to internal examination and the occupancy period of up to five years shall not be exceeded.
Submission documents

- Business plan
- Business schematic
- Copy of business license
- Evidence of investment performance (copy of investment contract, etc.)
Other matters

Interim evaluation
: The start-up team may request the following to provide administrative support and information to the occupants:
- · Data on the status of starup
- · Data on technology development
- · Other matters required by the start-up team
- Use of Facilities
: Occupants/companies of the start-up spaces may use the facilities (libraries, dormitories, etc.) of this university.
